Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite – local candidates only)
Contract: 6 months + likely 6-month extension
Rate: ~$100/hr (C2C or 1099 only)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced MES Systems Administrator to support the configuration, enhancement, and daily operation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

This role is focused on Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS 8.0+) and requires hands-on configuration and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and support Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS 8.0+)
• Create and maintain product workflows, specifications, and data collection configurations for new product introductions and process changes

• Provide production support for MES operations, including:

  • SAP interfaces

  • Electrical test interfaces

  • Master data maintenance

  • Process modeling

  • MES transactions and user interface functionality

  • Database and reporting support

• Support system integration and acceptance testing activities

• Communicate business requirements with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders

• Participate in software validation activities as required

• Provide rotational 24/7 support for manufacturing-related system issues

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS 8.0+) (mandatory)
• Experience supporting MES in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device preferred)
• Strong experience in MES configuration and production support
• Experience supporting SAP integrations within a manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge of SQL databases

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device manufacturing

• Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) activities

• Familiarity with Windows Server environments

• Experience supporting manufacturing automation or test equipment integration

Additional Notes

• Must be based in St. Louis, MO

• Onsite presence required
