Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 USD annually
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of modern, client-facing digital solutions. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear functional requirements, working closely with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions—primarily within Salesforce and client engagement platforms.
The Business Analyst will play a central role in discovery, solution design, validation, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Discovery
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and operational constraints.
- Analyze and document business requirements using structured formats such as user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements aligned with Salesforce and client engagement platforms.
Solution Design & Validation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business expectations and platform best practices.
- Support validation of prototypes, mockups, and delivered features throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure functional consistency from design through deployment.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business users, developers, designers, and project managers.
- Manage requirement clarifications, scope changes, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Maintain a shared understanding of objectives, dependencies, and constraints.
Process Mapping & Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and platform value.
Data & Systems Analysis
- Analyze data models, integrations, and information flows across Salesforce, mobile applications, and connected systems.
- Assess impacts of functional changes on data, interfaces, and downstream systems.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality controls.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve platform usage.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform enhancements, and client feedback to drive continuous value
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Experience working on client-facing digital platforms; exposure to Salesforce strongly preferred.
Core Skills
- Business process analysis and optimization.

- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Experience defining KPIs and tracking performance improvements.
Technical Knowledge
- APIs and data flows.

- Basic understanding of event-driven architectures.
- Data migration, data loads, and data quality rules.
Tools
- Jira, Confluence.
- Process and journey mapping tools (Miro, Lucid, Visio).
