What You Will Do

  • Support business customers via phone and email in Portuguese and English
  • Provide first-level assistance for product-related inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate support teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience

Requirements

  • Portuguese communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
