Position: Customer Success Account Manager (German Speaker)
Location: Athens, Greece
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Support customers throughout their journey, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value and performance.

Proactively manage accounts to drive retention and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor client performance metrics and deliver insights that support business objectives.
Requirements

Languages: German (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).

Previous experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative mindset.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.

Availability to work on-site in Athens.
Work Schedule
