Position: Customer Success Account Manager (German Speaker)
Location: Athens, Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Support customers throughout their journey, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value and performance.
  • Proactively manage accounts to drive retention and growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor client performance metrics and deliver insights that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Languages: German (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).

  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative mindset.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets.

  • Availability to work on-site in Athens.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 18:00

  • Full-time, office-based position.
