We are seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist (Night shifts) with advanced English skills to join our client in Athens. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, provide excellent service, and support clients with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat in English.

  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts on-site in Athens.

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
