About the Role
We are seeking a French-Speaking Client Service Specialist to deliver top-quality support to customers across the French market. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing assistance with products and services, all while maintaining an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions in French across phone, email, and chat.

Offer accurate and timely information on company products and services.

Assist with technical support, usage guidance, and order tracking.

Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Ensure all customer interactions are documented in the system.

Act as a professional representative of the brand at all times.
Requirements

French at a native or fluent level (C1/C2).

English proficiency (B2 level or above).

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Prior customer service or support experience is a plus.

General knowledge of consumer products/technology is an advantage.
