Based on-site at our dynamic hub in Piraeus (Athens), you will join a high-performing B2B sales team dedicated to expanding the reach of premium cloud computing services. Representing a globally recognized tech leader, you will proactively engage Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the Italian market to establish a robust pipeline of qualified leads for Google Cloud.

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively engage with prospective and existing Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients across the Italian market via outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Sift, analyze, and qualify incoming business leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deeply understand client infrastructure requirements to present effectively tailored Google Cloud solutions and platform upgrades.
  • Educate corporate decision-makers on the value of cloud products like Google Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
  • Contribute actively to lead generation, outbound prospecting, and the retention/renewal of existing client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Native or C1-level proficiency in Italian, paired with a certified C1 level in Business English.
  • Holding a university Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Previous professional experience in outbound sales, customer service, or business development is highly preferred.
  • Foundational familiarity with CRM systems to track and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Strong accountability, excellent written business communication, and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Proficient PC knowledge, including experience with multiple internet browsers and applications.
  • High level of job motivation with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM (85% accuracy); an understanding of Cloud Services is a plus.

Work Schedule & Training:

  • Contract Structure: Stable 8-month contract offering highly valuable B2B tech sales experience with potential for extension.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Fixed daytime shifts from 09:00 to 19:00 with potential weekend shifts).
  • Onboarding: Benefit from an extensive onboarding process, including 3 weeks of comprehensive training on IT, Google Cloud products, and advanced sales frameworks, followed by a 1-week structured nesting period.

  • Lucrative Performance Bonus: Benefit from a quarterly performance bonus offering up to 60% of your gross salary, with potential to reach up to 200% for exceptional overachievement.

  • Work Model: Strictly On-site in Athens (Hub location: TP Athens – Piraeus – PPP2). Please note relocation support is not included for this project.
