German Customer Service Agent 🇩🇪 – Greece (Remote)

📍 Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

🏠 Work Model: Remote

🕒 Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 08:00 – 00:00

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday + occasional weekends

💰 Salary: 1,300€ gross/month

🎁 Bonus:

Up to 10% performance bonus

Requirements:

German: C1 / Native 🇩🇪

English: B2+

Good communication & PC skills

Job Role:

Handling customer inquiries (calls, emails, chat)

Managing bookings, cancellations & payments
