Salary & Financial Package

  • Base Salary: €1,500 per month (Paid over 14 months per year, meaning you receive extra payouts for summer and Christmas holidays!)
  • Performance Allowance: €120 per month (Paid over 11 months per year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional technical support and customer care to Danish and English-speaking users via phone, email, or chat.
