What You'll Do:
- Deliver premium support via phone and email to a demanding, high-profile customer base.
- Guide users through mobile app setups, account activations, and connected mobility features.
- Coordinate critical breakdown, recovery, and safety assistance when drivers need it most.
- Handle 30-50 daily inquiries with top-tier professionalism and care.
What We Are Looking For:
- Native or C1-level proficiency in German + B2-level proficiency in English (for training and operations) .
- Comfortable navigating mobile software (iOS/Android) and troubleshooting basic connectivity.
- A genuinely customer-oriented attitude with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required! Comprehensive premium training is fully provided to upskill you into an expert.
