Portuguese Customer Support Specialist – Porto

What You'll Do

• Customer Support: Answer inbound calls from existing and prospective bank clients.
  
• Problem Solving: Resolve inquiries and provide clear, accurate information regarding products and services.
  
• Value Addition: Identify cross-selling opportunities and participate in outbound informational campaigns to existing clients.
  

Work Schedule & Location

• Location: On-site in Porto.
  
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break) on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 (12:00 AM)
  
• Start Date: October 19th

Salary & Financial Benefits

• Total Gross Monthly Package: €1,220.34 (calculated based on 21 working days).
  
  • Base Salary: €920.00
    
  • Holiday Allowance: €76.67 / month (paid monthly)
    
  • Christmas Allowance: €76.67 / month (paid monthly)
    
  • Meal Allowance: €147.00 / month (€7.00/day loaded onto a tax-exempt prepaid card)
    
• Paid Training: 10 business days of paid training/internship compensated at €10/day (€150 total).
