Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent – Athens, Greece
Join an international consumer-support team and provide assistance across phone, video calls, chat, email and social media. You will guide customers, troubleshoot product issues and conduct post-purchase follow-ups. The position supports products within the heated-tobacco/vaping sector.
Key details: On-site in Athens | €1,100 gross/month | Rotating shifts 11:00–23:00 | Portuguese C1/C2 | English B2 | Productivity bonus up to 10% | Transportation bonus up to €100/month | Initial 8-month contract | Previous consumer-service experience is valued but not mandatory.
Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
