What We Offer

• Base Salary: €920 gross / month (paid across 14 months)
• €2,000 Welcome Bonus: Paid out in monthly installments (€166.67/month) during your first year
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per worked day (~€160+ extra tax-free monthly)
• Attendance Bonus: €40 / month (paid across 11 months)
• Total Estimated Package: ~€1,280+ gross equivalent per month in Year 1!

Role Overview

• Position: Customer Service Specialist (Paid Campaigns & AdTech)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: 100% On-site
• Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (Initial schedule between 07:00 – 19:00; future flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 consecutive days off)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish and English for digital advertising and campaign management programs.
• Assist clients with campaign setup, performance inquiries, and digital marketing tools.
• Utilize your AdTech and social media knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize campaign outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: C1/C2 (Fluent) proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in paid campaign management or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in a Contact Center / Service environment for an AdTech or digital media company.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with social media advertising tools and core digital advertising concepts.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Full availability to work on-site and adapt to rotational shift schedules.
• Education: A Degree in Marketing or a related field is a strong plus!

(Note: Candidates must already be based in or able to relocate independently to Lisbon, as relocation support is not provided.)
