What You'll Do

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email
• Help resolve account, billing, product, and technical inquiries
• Provide clear, friendly, and effective customer support
• Help ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction

What We're Looking For

• C1+ German proficiency
• B2+ English proficiency
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely from within the country
