Your Daily Role

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications with clarity and professionalism (calls and back-office management).
• Support clients, resolve inquiries, and handle objections smoothly.
• Navigate multiple digital tools and software to manage client records.
• Offer tailored solutions and apply commercial awareness based on project goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: C1/C2 level in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Tech Literacy: Strong operational computer skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactive attitude, and great teamwork.
• Availability: 40 hours/week on rotating schedules (Monday to Saturday, between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM).
• Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a strong plus!
