What We Offer

• Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross / month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100.00 / month extra
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Lisbon time)—no overnight shifts!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality non-voice back-office customer support in Dutch and English
• Manage case files, account updates, and connected service workflows with precision

• Location: Based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (or ready to commute immediately)
