Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, professional support to Danish-speaking customers via primary communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every user.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved cases with a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with team leads and international colleagues to continuously elevate service standards.

Requirements

  • Language: Native-level or fluent (C1/C2) proficiency in Danish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Location: Must be a local candidate already residing in or around the Lisbon metropolitan area.
  • Schedule: Full availability to work a fixed daytime schedule (08:00 - 17:00).
  • Skills: Exceptional active listening, empathy, and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Legality: Possession of valid Portuguese working rights (NIF, NISS, or residency card/EU citizenship) for an immediate start.
