The role

You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand, helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow)

You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Portuguese
• B2 English
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills
• Strong soft skills
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
• EU candidates only

Quick facts

• Monday to Friday, within a 09:00–20:00 operating window
• Initial 8-month contract, with potential for extension
