What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality customer service support for paid digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
• Assist users with digital advertising tools, social media product navigation, and campaign troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with an international, energetic team dedicated to high customer satisfaction.

Schedule & Hours

• Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
• Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 19:00 (Rotative shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00)
• Future Schedule: Potential shift to 24/7 coverage with rotating shifts and 2 rotating days off.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Full fluency in both French and English (spoken & written).
• Experience: Mandatory experience in paid campaign management or digital marketing.
• Background: Degree in Marketing (or related field) or experience within a contact center/service program for advertising tech/social media products.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation, digital advertising understanding, and ability to work well both independently and in a team.
