Job Details

100% Remote (within Greece )
Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Rotating shifts (10:00 – 22:00)
Full-time contract

Your Role

Assist customers via phone, email & chat with product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds & general support — mainly in French (plus English when needed ).

Requirements

EU citizenship required
French C1+
English B2+
Basic PC skills
Strong communication & multitasking skills
No experience required (customer service is a plus)
