German Recruiter - Lisbon (Relocation Support)

Are you a recruiter fluent in German who excels at connecting people with great job opportunities? We are hiring a German Recruiter to lead candidate sourcing, screening, and talent management efforts.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Selection: Actively recruit, screen, and evaluate German-speaking candidates through multi-channel sourcing.
  
• Onboarding & Coordination: Guide selected candidates through document verification, contract details, and integration steps.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with background and experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  
• Health Coverage: Full health insurance coverage starting on Day 1.
  
• Relocation Package: Full relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside of Lisbon + accommodation. (flight reimbursement excluded).
  

Candidate Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
  
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization.
  
• Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or phone-based candidate assessment.
  
• Strong professional communication and organizational abilities.
