Danish-speaking Customer Support : Work from Anywhere in Greece

We're looking for Danish speakers to join an international team that helps keep millions of users safe online. And we'll help you move to Greece to do it.

What you earn

• €1,300 gross/month, paid 14 times a year (that's €18,200 gross annually)
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary
• Paid training, plus a €200 gross bonus when you complete it
• €300 gross loyalty bonus after 7 months

We help you move

Work from where you want to live

Work remotely from any city in Greece. Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete or an island town: you choose.

What you'll do

• Support users via chat, email and outbound calls (depending on the project)
• Escalate complex cases and policy gaps to the right team

What we're looking for

• Native Danish (C1) and strong English (B2/C1)
• 1+ year in BPO, customer support, content safety or a similar role
• Excellent written communication and the ability to multitask

Good to know

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
• Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 02:00
• Some content can be sensitive. You'll have 24/7 access to counselors, regular check-ins and clear escalation paths.
