Key Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Weekends Off)
• Base Salary: €1,000 / month (paid over 14 months)
• Food Allowance: €167.86 / month

Relocation Support

Moving to Portugal from abroad? We've got you covered:

• Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months.
• Detailed relocation specifics will be covered during the interview process. (Note: Flight tickets are not included).
• Relocation support for candidates already residing in Portugal is restricted to speakers of German, Dutch, or Nordic languages.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service role (travel industry experience is highly preferred).
• Languages: Native/fluent French and C1 business-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Education: High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent).
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
