Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €1,300 gross

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00.

The role: Remote customer-support position with an exciting client/company in Bulgaria, providing assistance to customers through phone, chat and email. Although remote, the role is based from Sofia/Bulgaria.

Requirements:

• Fluent Slovenian
• EU work eligibility is specifically required in the JD for access to the welcome bonus.

Benefits & relocation:

• €1,500 gross welcome bonus, paid after 3 and 6 months
• €1,500 gross relocation bonus
• 21 days of company-provided accommodation
• Support finding long-term housing
• Additional fixed bonus available for local candidates
• Relocation to Plovdiv is not available

Important Info: Candidates must have the necessary valid work permit/right to work in Bulgaria/EU.
