French-speaking Customer Service – Combined Services App

Location: Braga, Portugal

Salary: €930 gross/month × 14 months
Contract: 6 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00–18:00, weekends off.

The role: Support users of an employee-benefits app covering services such as meal, mobility and gift vouchers. You'll mainly assist customers via inbound calls with questions about the app, account creation, balances and available features.

Requirements: Fluent/native-level French and strong customer-service skills.

Benefits:

• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid over 12 monthly instalments
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Equipment provided/shipped depending on distance from the office

Important Info: Candidates must have the necessary valid work permit/right to work in Portugal.
