Customer Service (English and Dutch speakers)

   Join our client's team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Customer Service professional on-site. In this role, you will provide essential support to customers, utilizing your Dutch and English language skills to ensure high satisfaction.

Additional Information

• Previous customer service experience with knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing tools, or chat platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and professionally explain complex features or event details.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously across various platforms (phone, chat, email, social media) while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Active riders and motoricycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred.
