Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Handle fraud, disputes, complaints, and other complex cases
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences from start to finish
• Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Requirements

• C1 level English (written and spoken)
• At least 12 months of experience in banking, payments, fraud & disputes, complaints handling, or customer support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
