  • Follow up on cases until resolution.

  • Create a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Provide timely, accurate support while adhering to SOPs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • Hotel/Reservation experience is required
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Active listener; able to handle inquiries and objections professionally
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Flexible with rotating shifts
  • Willing to work at G-Tower Malaysia
