Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative | Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You will assist customers with product and service-related inquiries, provide solutions, and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Sunday, within 09:00–22:00
Languages: Dutch & English
Relocation Support: Available

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service-related issues
• Provide non-technical troubleshooting and clear solutions
• Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch
• Fluent English
• Willing to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
