What You'll Do

• Deliver Great Support: Help streaming members via phone, email, or chat with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Solve Problems: Assist with account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide & Share: Share product and service features to keep users hooked on their favorite content.

Who We're Looking For

• Languages: Native or fluent in Castilian (Spanish) AND Basque, plus English (B1+).
• Mindset: Passionate about digital entertainment, tech-savvy, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working full-time on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays).
