German-speaking Sales Support Specialist

We're looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join an international team in Bulgaria.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day sales operations and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
• Assist with billing and operational queries.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Operations, BPO, or a similar role.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
