We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors in Porto, Portugal!

Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm

What we offer:
Base salary: 1020€ gross x14 months
Guaranteed bonus of 100€ gross during the first 3 months (with higher performance bonus opportunities afterwards)
Meal allowance: 9.60€/day (meal card)
Transportation reimbursement up to 40€
Welcome bonus of 150€ gross paid in the 4th month
Private health insurance after 4 months

Your mission:
Support customers via inbound calls
Assist with subscriptions, billing, and troubleshooting
Provide personalized solutions and excellent customer service

Requirements:
French fluent/native level
Good communication skills
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Availability to work on-site in Porto
