About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (French speaker) to support one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat from Spanish-speaking customers regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, and other inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on flights, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Requirements
- Languages: French (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Contact Centre environment (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday, 08:00 -21:00
- 2 rotating days off per week
