Role Overview
We are looking for a French Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat providing guidance, solving problems, and ensuring a world-class user experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic support to French-speaking customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related issues.

Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Adhere to brand-specific guidelines and quality standards.

Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
Requirements

Native or near-native level of French.

Good command of English (B2+).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Salary & Bonus

Monthly Gross Salary: 1200-1500

Performance Bonus: Up to 300 per month.
