Role Overview

We are looking for a French Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat providing guidance, solving problems, and ensuring a world-class user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic support to French-speaking customers.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related issues.

  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Adhere to brand-specific guidelines and quality standards.

  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native level of French.

  • Good command of English (B2+).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Important: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in Greece.

Salary & Bonus

  • Monthly Gross Salary: 1200-1500

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 300 per month.
