Italian Customer Support Advisor (Athens)

Languages: Italian (C2/native) + English (B1/B2) for internal communication
Relocation: Yes (support provided for moves to Athens)
About the role
Join a multinational customer experience team supporting Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, friendly, and efficient resolutions while representing well-known brands.
What you'll do

Respond to customer queries in Italian across phone/email/chat

Troubleshoot issues, track tickets, and follow up to closure

Escalate complex cases and collaborate with team leads/QAs

Meet KPIs (quality, CSAT, productivity, adherence)
What you need

Fluent Italian (C2/native)

English B1/B2 (for training/tools/internal comms)

Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills

Comfortable with shift work (including weekends/rotations)

Eligibility to work in Greece (or willing to relocate with provided support)
