Remote Customer Support Representative (Dutch-Speaking)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while troubleshooting queries and offering reliable solutions.
• Complete full-time paid onboarding and training to set you up for success.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Native or C1/C2 fluent in Dutch (written & spoken). Strong command of English is a plus.
• Location Requirement: Currently residing in or able to work remotely from continental Portugal.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Availability: Available for full-time training upon joining.
