About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing B2B marketing team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, passionate about digital marketing, and experienced in developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to collaborate with international teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Create and optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Manage digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support content localization and communication in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is considered an advantage.
