About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaker) to support one of our clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat from Spanish-speaking customers regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, and other inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information on flights, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.

  • Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Languages: Spanish (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Contact Centre environment (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, 08:00 -21:00

  • 2 rotating days off per week
