About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaker) to support one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat from Spanish-speaking customers regarding reservations, changes, cancellations, and other inquiries.

Provide accurate information on flights, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.

Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Requirements
- Languages: Spanish (C1 or higher, mandatory) and English (B2 or higher).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Contact Centre environment (mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
Work Schedule:
-
Monday to Sunday, 08:00 -21:00

2 rotating days off per week
