German & Dutch-Speaking Account Executives – Madrid, Spain

We are hiring German and Dutch-speaking Account Executives to join an international team and manage the full sales cycle for the German or Dutch market.

Location: Madrid, Spain
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid
Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
Commission: €600 monthly target + uncapped commission

What's included:

- Full sales cycle ownership, from lead generation to closing
- Inbound and outbound sales
- Product demonstrations and client meetings
- Free-trial conversion into paid subscriptions
- Uncapped commission structure
- Gradual ramp-up targets during your first months
- Clear career progression:
- AE2: €35,000 base salary
- AE3: €40,000 base salary
- After the first month of training, only 1 on-site day per month if you achieve at least 70% of your sales target
- Monthly travel expenses covered by the company

Commission Structure:

- Below 80% of target: x1
- 80% of target: x1.3
- 100% of target: x2
- 150% of target: x3
- 150%+ quarterly average: retroactive x3 multiplier on all quarterly commissions

Training:
4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid

Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Friday: 09:00–15:00

Friday afternoons off.

Time Off:
22 days of paid annual leave
Additional discretionary days off between 24–31 December

Requirements:

- Native or fluent German or Dutch
- Good level of English
- Previous sales or account management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Willingness to relocate to Madrid
