We are looking for passionate, Danish-speaking Customer Support Agents to join the team supporting a true global giant in the travel industry!
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can work 100% from home (Remote within Greece), gaining invaluable experience with a world-renowned brand. Plus, full relocation support is provided to get you set up seamlessly!

Compensation & Perks:
- Gross Base Salary: €1,530 gross/month
- Up to an additional 10% of your gross salary (based on achieving targets)
- Comprehensive relocation package provided
- Paid Training: A 3-week intensive, comprehensive training program conducted in English to fully equip you for success.

Work Model & Schedule:
- 100% Remote (Tied to TP Thessaloniki – Attrina)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 (Enjoy your weekends off! )
- You'll be at the forefront of customer satisfaction, assisting both guests (B2C) and partners (B2B) via phone, email, and chat. Tasks include handling reservations, account management, payments, and modifications.

What We Look For:
- Native-level proficiency in Danish (C1+ level) with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong English skills (B2+ level) for training, system navigation, and internal updates.
- Solid PC skills (Windows, keyboard shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting) with the ability to multitask across systems.
- No prior experience required! A background in hospitality or customer service is a great asset, but we will train you on everything you need to know.
