Job Details
100% Remote (within Greece )
Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)
Rotating shifts (08:00 – 00:00)
8-month contract

Your Role
Assist customers via phone, email & chat with reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds & general inquiries — mainly in German (plus English when needed ).

Requirements
German C1+ | English B2+
Basic PC skills
Strong communication & multitasking skills
No experience required (customer service/hospitality is a plus)
