What You Will Do

  • Support customers via phone in Italian and English
  • Assist with technical issues, account access, and product-related inquiries
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and service requests
  • Escalate complex technical cases when required
  • Maintain accurate customer records and deliver a high-quality support experience

Requirements

  • Italian communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills and interest in technology
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
