Key Responsibilities

  • User Support & Advocacy: Assist our global community by resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and within target timelines.
  • Content Moderation & Policy Enforcement: Enforce the platform's Terms of Use and Community Standards by carefully monitoring, reviewing, and acting upon reported content and potential abuse.
  • Account Investigation: Investigate and resolve user issues, including sensitive requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive behavior.
  • Data & Trend Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data to recognize user patterns, identify workflow inefficiencies, and suggest scalable operational improvements.
  • Global Escalation: Spot critical trends that fall outside standard company policies and escalate them appropriately to the global management team.
  • Market-Specific Insights: Use regional knowledge, cultural signals, and localized insights to improve the overall support framework and user experience for your specific market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: Up to 1 year of prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or a comparable customer service/process management setting.
  • Cultural Awareness: High affinity and deep cultural/political awareness of the specific market or region supported. This is critical for making highly nuanced policy decisions.
  • Language Proficiency: Must meet the minimum agreed-upon English language test score via an approved external examination.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Must achieve the minimum required score on the vendor reasoning and analytical assessment.
  • Education: A college degree or some higher education is desirable; however, relevant military experience is fully accepted in lieu of a college education.
