Position: Customer Support Specialist (Greek & English)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 rotation with rotational days off
Location: Athens, Greece

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. You will represent global brands while using both Greek (C2 level) and English (at least B2 level) in your daily communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Greek

  • Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

  • Follow brand guidelines and quality standards

  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary

Requirements

  • Native or near-native level of Greek and English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
