Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 rotation with rotational days off
Location: Athens, Greece

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. You will represent global brands while using both Greek (C2 level) and English (at least B2 level) in your daily communication.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Greek
- Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently

Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

Follow brand guidelines and quality standards

Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
Requirements

Native or near-native level of Greek and English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous customer service experience is a plus
