French-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agent – Remote, Greece

Join Salt, a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, supporting customers with mobile and fiber services. You will handle technical support, billing and account inquiries while also working on sales, renewals, upselling and customer retention.

• Remote, based in Athens
• €1,045.72 gross/month
• Sales bonus: up to €900 gross/quarter
• Productivity bonus: up to €240/month
• Relocation support provided
• Flight ticket home after every 6 months of completed tenure
• Rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00
• French: C1/native
• English: B2
• Customer support, technical support or sales experience preferred
• Initial contract: 12 months
• Salary increases to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years
