What you'll do

• Review posts, comments, videos and ads against community standards
• Investigate user reports of abuse, harassment and policy violations
• Flag cases that existing policies don't cover and help shape policy updates
• Contribute to data gathering for machine-learning initiatives

What you bring

• C1 Brazilian Portuguese; B2–C1 English
• experienced in BPO, customer support, tech support or content moderation
• Cultural awareness of Brazil's social and political context
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Resilience and professionalism with sensitive content
• Right to work in the EU

What we offer

• €1,045.72 gross/month x 14 per year
• plus a monthly productivity bonus of up to 15% of gross salary
• Progression to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years, if your contract continues
• Food allowance of up to €80/month, based on on-site attendance
• Well-being support: counselling, scheduled well-being activities, regular check-ins and clear escalation paths
• Day shifts between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend shifts in some teams)
• Work in the heart of Athens
