Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert: Work Remotely from Greece

Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No customer service experience needed. You get full training, a relocation package, and a clear path to grow.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist

What we're looking for

• Native-level or C2 Dutch
• English at B2 level (used for training)
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required

• €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries

The details

• Work model: Remote from Greece
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, with occasional weekends
