Job Overview
- Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch & English)
- Location: Remote (Based in Athens, Greece)
- Work Model: 100% Remote in Greece
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 00:00)
- Compensation: €1,500 Gross per month
Key Benefits & Relocation Package

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
- Work flexibly within rotational shift schedules between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday through Sunday.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent / C1–C2 proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Athens, Greece to work remotely.
- Documentation: Candidates are responsible for providing the required legal documents for hiring in Greece (with legal guidance provided).
