German Support Specialist - Malta

Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)

What will you be doing?

• Support users via email, chat, or ticketing systems, no phones in most cases!

• Help with platform usage, account access, and content-related questions

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads)

• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escalate complex issues

• Stay updated on platform changes and internal policies

• Collaborate with other agents and team leads to ensure quality and consistency
