About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting internationally known companies across a variety of industries. You will be part of a collaborative and energetic team, working in a modern office environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating when necessary
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive work environment

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or German
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Legal right to work in Bulgaria (work authorization required)
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, if not already based there
